Excavation of stairs from basement – Unity Home Improvement built out exterior stairs/entrance from the basement which really helped to expand my home’s functionality. Their quality of work and craftsmanship was outstanding! My basement now has egress stairs going out and it has a lot of sunlight coming in! They gave me exactly what I wanted for an affordable price. I did the egress stairs project in 2015 and am now ready to do more renovation on my home. I plan on bumping out my kitchen and family rooms and am looking forward to working with Unity Home Improvement, Inc. to get the done!

I cannot overstate what a magnificent job Frank Andrade and his team did for my large exterior home renovation project. We did a full siding replacement, front and back porch rehab, some concrete work, and various other outside renovations over the span of about a month. Frank’s team did very high quality work, they were on time and diligent workers, and stuck to our original budget without pressuring us for additional work or ‘surprise’ expenses.

Mr. Andrade and his team were in charge to remodel four bathrooms, kitchen, patio and floors in my previous home in McLean, VA. He has a deep knowledge about foundation and structures, plumbing and drywall, plus he is a Professional Carpenter so has a sense of aesthetic as well and good ideas. He pleased all my commands and the house ended looking great.
